I have lived at the carriage House motor Lodge for 7 years we have a few problems but what place doesn't and it always gets straightened out everybody is kind courteous...we've cleaned up the place over the last few years no more drug addicts no more drug dealers Saturday nights are now movie night in the old swimming pool that has been filled in all in all it's a very good place to live if you need a place to stay highly recommended for low income

I worked for Brian Peter's. He is not honest. In fact he will cause you much harm if you get too involved with him. Christianity is his ploy to rope you into a doing him a favor. It will be very costly for you. He even caused me too loss contact with my granddaughter and daughter. With his promotion of lies. If you want him as a friend , you will have too lie for him!
This place offers rentals so its not an ideal tourist or vacation spot

The carriage house is a total dump. Avoid at all costs. People on welfare, drug dealers and Normal working people live there. This really isn't a hotel more like a cesspool.
Good location needs to have pool available for ppl interested heat
Part of the hotel offers rooms for individuals facing homelessness. Keeps them safe and allows social workers like myself to support these individuals and help acheive short & long term goals.
