They decided to stop delivering to my house I have no transportation and now they leave me stranded Boggio is a scam 5 for delivery are you serious? We get a 100 bill per month because of the amount of delivery’s. These people do not know customer service. I find it funny how the clerk was very rude and impatient with me. Never using this pharmacy again be aware of their stupid charges and hidden fees.

The best pharmacy by far in Niagara. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, their beyond fast and professional, and if there's an issue they literally solve the problem in a timely manner. I love Boggio
EDIT: Talked to management and was told there is a temporary problem with the phone system. It was handled quick - so raising back to 5 star. Leaving the original review below: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I've been on the phone waiting for 60 minutes and the 'que' has only moved 2 people. 60 minutes for 2 people on a phone call to a pharmacy? After 1 hour - the system hung up on me. Maybe it's the time of year? (It's DEC 30th) - but I called a few days ago and the phone just rang and rang for minutes with no one picking up. 0 for 2 so far on phone issues in DEC. First problem ever in 25 years.
Called today at 12:30pm for a refill ... it’s now 6:23pm and I’ve been waiting for over 6 hours for delivery. Thank GOD we are all quarantined because of COVID . I’ll call again tomorrow because they are now closed ! So I’m out of medicine till tomorrow( that I needed today ) . They only deliver now , so I’m assuming mine was “misplaced “ somehow. Overall I like the staff and pharmacists. Just sucks going a whole day without a medicine I take daily .
