We spend a night here at the hotel and a day at the water park. The pool water was comfortable and clean. All pools and slides have lifeguards on duty. Most areas of the pools were not too deep which are safe for small children. However you are still required to be in arms length with your kids. The hotel rooms are very spacious equipped with two queen size bed. One minor thing need to improve is the dust on and under the slide out bedside lamp table need to be cleaned regularly. Most staffs were polite, friendly and willing to help. Kids had an amazing time here at Americana Resort and Spa.

Overall the kids enjoyed it, that's what matters. Chlorine was high, towels were thin, pool area was clean. Rooms were half updated with some switches paddles and some old style. Arcade was small with limited prizes. Also - they were doing a great job with Covid protocols.
The 5 stars are for Judy who made my experience and check in seamless. She was very accommodating. The front staff was very accommodating and the lifeguards were amazing. Very helpful and accommodating
I give it two stars because off of my previous experience here but as of recent I’d only give it one. Two years ago my family stopped making it a tradition to visit here as the staff were disgustingly rude to us. We walked in after driving almost 4/5 hours and told them we made a reservation two weeks in advance in which they stated they called an hour ago (which they didn’t) to say they gave our room away. We asked them why, if they had any other rooms and what we can do and the attitude we received. It was unprofessional and rude, the tone and remarks my family and I encountered. To this day it still sits unwell with me. I don’t recommend.
Very bad experience, worst customer service Ever. We were family of 8 got 2 rooms. Each family paid over 700 in 2 nights. Water park limit was 2 hours. However the lady responsible for water pack. Didn’t want all the kids to go together to the water park only 4 at a time. So kids were unhappy and rude employees. Beside no Room service at all. Will never go back there
Amazing place went 3 times. The indoor waterpark was amazing and the arcade right beside it while there's a little café. Overall 5 stars
This was so much fun! I went here with my grandparents and my cousin at Christmas last year. It was so much fun and we loved the water park a lot! My cousin and I had a crush on one of the lifeguards I believe his name was Zack. He was really nice to all of us and we had a great experience with the staff! I hope I can come back again sometime
Been living here for the last 2 months Hospitality is great the staff is so friendly it makes you want to stay longer Maybe that's why we haven't left lol Great place for the kids waterpark arcade Boston pizza Snack bar End liquor drinks for the adults
