Great experience here today!! I got a screw in my tire yesterday and noticed it late last night. I called first thing this morning and was told to bring it in and they would try to get to it by noon. I arrived around 8:15am. I thought I would need a new tire for the spring, as the rope plugs are meant as a temporary fix, but the gentleman who was helping me, informed me that they don't do the rope plug. Instead they do a proper patch from the inside which is much safer. The gentleman proceeded to show me what it looked like, explained the installation process, and assured me there was no need to order a new tire. Lots of other places would have taken advantage of the situation and tried to sell a tire to make more money. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity here. The tire was repaired in a very timely manner and the price for that type of repair was very reasonable. (Just over 40.00) I highly recommend this location for your tire needs. Also worth mentioning, there was only one technician on today, (Saturday) and he did a great job.
