All i can say is the service at this Tuxedo Royale was amazing. Linda and Natalie went above and beyond to make sure all went well on the day of our fittings. Please note we had exactly 10 Tuxedos to rent and be measured and not only the service was outstanding, the time spent at the store was not as long as i had planned. Linda and Natalie were very professional and knew exactly what to do to make our experience at Tuxedo Royale a success! I cant wait to see my boys all done up and looking sharp on our big day! i will definitely recommend this store to any bride and groom who is looking for a stress free, easy going, upscale service. I'm sorry to b so blunt but this place is an absolute buffoon show. I've been here three previous times when it was Syd Silver and everything went off without a hitch. An absolute pleasure. This time as a groom which should b the most pleasurable and smooth experience of my life was met with 4 out of 6 tuxedos not fitting right and having to b returned. One jacket had a hole in it. Not bothering to ask if shoes would b needed and scheduling 3 wedding party's at the same time resulting in utter chaos which would ultimately affect the outcome of all our tuxedo arrivals and multiple visits to this location to have things rectified and when called upon to explain their actions. Instead of complying to the customer who is supposed to always be right. We were met with argumentative attitude and excuses as to why it was our fault and not there's over and over again. This was the worst service I have EVER experienced and would recommend no one ever go here The staff is rude and incompetent. Even when proven they made mistakes they would evade responsibility and argue. The absolute worst experience I've ever had

Ordered suits for my wedding, what is the point of exact measurements if every piece of clothing is adjustable. The tie recieved was a very wide clip on and the modern fit pants are a baggy joke. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend.
Needs much improvement, wrong suit was received 2 days before the wedding, so had to improvise.. staff seem knowledgeable, but a little unorganized.
