Without a doubt, a 5-star experience working with the Tiltco team. The lift and slide patio doors are jaw-droppingly gorgeous and so easy to operate. My architect (blackLAB) recommended I check out Tiltco - and I’m glad they did. They’re pricing was more competitive than another company that quoted similar liftslide doors. But pricing wasn’t the only factor in the decision. The fact that the sales rep (Nick) took the time to meet with me to show me the doors went a long way in making the decision to go with Tiltco. The responsiveness of the entire Tiltco team was appreciated as we were coordinating for delivery installation, as they kept me up-to-date with the progress and made sure products were delivered on time. But by far, the biggest shout out goes to the installation crew. These guys worked in what was the absolute coldest day of the year in Toronto (-25C, extreme conditions) and would not rest until the job was done. I even suggested that we reschedule bc of the conditions but they were confident that they’d get it done - and they did. Overall, a great experience and an outstanding product. I definitely recommend checking out Tiltco for your next project.

If you want to waste your money and have gaps and cold air coming into your home in the dead of winter choose them. Tiltco does not care or know how to make good windows. They only care about collecting your money. I paid thousands of dollar and have handles that broke within a month after install. The door doesn't even open. Cold air comes into the house like as if I left the door open. I paid extra for screens that don't fit and is the wrong size. I can go on and on. They don't return call or emails. Don't fall for the fancy pictures they post online unless you want to waste your money.

The windows from Tiltco are wonderful. This company focus on every details from the beginning of job to the end. The owner and their crew are very gentle and nice. They are taking responsibility for the customer until the customer is satisfied. The site job are very tidy and clean. They measure each exact size of windows and make sure it fits the frame very well. I have big size windows and doors which are 19 feet height and 7 feet width. The can do costumed design for me whatever the size I want. Their job not only give you high quality of the windows but also give you confidence of their services in future. Thanks, Tiltco.
