Absolutely amazing service and experience! I am a modest bride who has specific requirements that most dresses don't adhere to, but Alex and the rest of the team were so welcoming, helpful, and CREATIVE in helping me imagine what I can look like as a bride. I came in with a certain idea of what I wanted, but Alex had the knowledge and instinct to show me something she thought may work, and I loved it more than what I was originally coming in for. She knew what I wanted before I even knew! Everything was very transparent, and you can tell the staff really care about helping you find your dream dress (vs just trying to make a sale). In addition to the amazing service, The Gown has beautiful private suites, which just added to having a very comfortable and positive experience. I highly recommend any bride to come here!

Quiet location, and great selections. The consultant was knowledgeable, friendly, and knew what I was looking for before I did! Every dress she pulled for me was amazing. They put in the extra effort to make me and my guests feel special and well taken care of with a private room and dedicated consultant. Definitely worth the visit!
I can't begin to tell you how amazing my at-home appointment was. I worked with Alex during my appointment and she was WONDERFUL. She made the experience truly memorable and was just a lovely person. Not a lot of bridal stores have an 'at home' experience and I truly value The Gown for understanding how stressful these times have been for brides. They've taken the necessary steps to ensure that the experience was the same or better than in-store. I HIGHLY recommend choosing The Gown for your bridal gown. You won't be disappointed :)
