We love their drinks...when they have things in stock and everything is working. I can't count the number of times over the past 5 years I've been there and they are out of what I wanted to order, or a machine is broken and they can't make a drink. We just tried ordering ahead through their website and picked up our drinks only to find the tapioca we paid for is not in our drinks. We had walked too far to go back to ask about making it right, but we are quite frustrated because there always seems to be a problem. Delicious drinks, but a letdown when we went for bubble tea but have no bubbles. :(

Service is friendly, thought we'd try the bubble teas as this shop is the only one within walking distance that serves bubble tea in downtown Newmarket. I would've been happy with the taste if I hadn't had so many better drinks from the popular taiwanese franchise bubble tea shops. Overall, too sweet and no option to adjust sugar or ice level. It's okay for a one-off purchase. The tapioca wasn't as chewy and fresh, but again I'm being picky as I've had many excellent tasting bubble teas. A convenient and prime location, so no need to worry about customer retention.
It's a great place to get nice drinks and has a relaxing atmosphere. I enjoy coming here with my friends.
Beautifully curated tea selection, it was almost like going to a candy shop. Staff was lovely as well. I loved the minimal waste packaging here too. Very good pricing! Recommend!

I go in almost every weekend for a good hot chocolate. Its thenonlybplace downtown on main Street to grab a coffee, tea, thatbi know of so they got their location on spot. Very clean looking and staff seem very professional too.
