Very poor service,I wasted my time going in there, no o e resolve the problem I had until now!
I give them a zero if I could went in to ask for assistance for when they ported over my phone. Girl was leaning against the display showing an unwillingness to help when I ask for help she wouldn't even let me explain she just said we don't do that here and that's it. I don't know why I keep coming back to this store expecting a different result clearly the store needs new staff and trained and knowledgeable staff. Very poor customer service!
The layout of the store was clean and tidy, the wait was short, and the service was amazing! Calvin, the man who helped me, was really kind and helpful. Will go again!
Staff here are courteous and always helpful and go the extra mile for their customers
Very helpful and have always answered my questions and solved any problems quickly. The only issue is the wait. They are very busy.
