I'm thinking this branch must be under new management ?....unfortunately. My last 3 visits in the last 2 months have not been met with the usual friendly service of the past. I have been with this branch for over 20 years. It's not all bad though the tellers are still very nice and efficient. Good location.
1st visit. This was a quick visit, over the counter service. So far, no complaints.
Absolutely avoid this bank at all costs. Their best business banking person (who was excellent) has left and when the new person scheduled an appointment to opened a new account, she pretended to be a business specialist and attempted to open our account over a course of 2 hours. I brought in my partner and was literally embarrassed as I watched her ask him his for the same personal information 6 times for each form she had to fill out. She did not know the types of accounts that could be opened and she could not use a computer and in the end we decided to to open another business account at RBC. I went to close the account today explained my situation and paid the fee for closing the account. My reasoning is if this is the way they handle their clients - how can they handle the large sums that will be going into this account. I'm hoping other do not have to waste their time in the same manner.
Some of the staff are nice but I find the stench of perfume too much to take in this branch. Don't try calling for a general question to be answered because all you get is \leave a message and we'll get back to you by the end of the day or the start of the next day?\ This is not customer \service\.
