My mother has been a resident here for about two years. I would not suggest you leave your loved one here. Recently my mother fell and was left on the floor for over 2 hours. One of the staff had pushed her walker out of reach and when she tried to reach it she fell and broke her pelvis. When she was finally found the staff member picked her up and plunked her back in bed When she arrived at the hospital the next day we were told she was severely dehydrated. How can this be. My sister when allowed came in to help my mother and she was always thirsty. These people deprived my mother of the basic care it is so sad to have your parent trapped in a home during COVID burr the lack of care and compassion they receive is un humane. I know these are difficult times but this is not acceptable. We treat prisoners better than our seniors my mother spent her working life caring for seniors and this is the treatment she receives Please try to find a better place for your love ones. Find a place that cares about people and put care deforestation profit BTW. We captured this all on Canera

So sad see our seniors mistreated, abandoned, left in there rooms 24hrs a day 7 days a week. No house keeping, no care. Insufficient staff, lack of care and empathy is incredible. Even in these crazy times you still manage to make it worse!
