I highly recommend this pharmacy. I have received excellent service from all the staff. Mark, the pharmacist (owner), has exceeded my expectations when dealing with him in regards to compounded medications. He is not only super intelligent, he is kind, caring and compassionate. He always took the time to explain things to me as I am the type of patient who likes to understand all about my new medications. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated his time, and the fact that cares about his patient's wellbeing. In my experience this is hard to find nowadays. Ernie, Doreh and Jamal have also be very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The pharmacy itself is highly clean and they are taking great measures to keep their clients safe during Covid-19. I have always felt safe picking up my prescriptions and they also offer delivery. I am happy that we have such a great compounding pharmacy in York region! Do not hesitate to use this place as they are superior when it comes to compounding medications.

I have had an excellent experience with Skycare Pharmacy. I had an initial consultation over the phone that was very thorough and insightful. I had developed tendinitis in my hand as a web developer as a result of working on a computer many hours a day. The cream I was given allows my hand to feel relaxed within a few minutes and allows to me to be pain free. I would highly recommend for any kind of ergonomics related injury!

This is the first time I write a Google review for anyone, but it is deserving. I have nothing but great experiences when working with Skycare Pharmacy. The team is fantastic and the Pharmacists do an excellent job explaining everything to myself and my husband. I was going through a really difficult time with chronic pain when I first got referred to them, in addition to the magical pain cream they recommended and still make for me, the Pharmacists always consult with me and give me loads of advice and resources to help control my pain and inflammation, so eventually I wouldn’t need as much medication. They are professional, yet personable and really care about my health and long-term wellness. Working with Skycare Pharmacy and the staff is always a pleasant experience! They are great about working with my busy schedule. I can say that Skycare Pharmacy and their team are the best I have seen and I will continue to go there and would highly recommend them to anyone, especially patients that have uncontrolled pain and do not want to take addictive medications.

Highly recommend Skycare Pharmacy, excellent customer service, facility and very helpful staff and owners. I learned so much from the owners who took the time to explain so much to me. They went out of their way to help me. They were quick efficient and way cheaper than other places. I wont go anywhere else!

I have serious knee arthritis and am going to have a replacement operation in both knees. I have experienced serious pain in both knees for several years. John Bashta was recommended by a friend and he offered to make a special formulation to deal with my pain. The results were almost unbelievable. Within minutes of application the lotion took the edge off the pain. Within a short period of time, the pain was reduced way below any level I had experienced in the last two years. I was able to walk for almost an hour which I would have never contemplating doing before. I'd also like to share that yesterday, I made it to Union Station in record time (10 minutes vs my now usual 30 minutes)! I’ve been using the lotion and, while I don’t want to jinx anything, the positive result continue. I am very grateful to John and thankful for his custom solution to my problem. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who requires personalized attention to their problem with meds... In fact, I am hoping you'll be lucky enough to have him in your life!
