I have ordered scooter parts from this place a few times with no issues with quality or other wise. Recently had parts come in that might have been damaged from transit and they had no problem what so ever with fixing the issue and replacing the parts free of charge. Great and fast service! We bought a scooter and the service was fast and easy! We then had to get a replacement part. It was also fast and easy! When you buy there, you don't only get the best deal but you also buy peace of mind which worth a lot!
Although this business was very far for us, it was so worth the drive from Bowmanville. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place 100 percent and my son was smiling the whole way back! Thanks guys!
Don't waste your time. The owner is not helpful at all. Called ahead to confirm hours and arrived to find out couldnt even get inside then get lectured by moron owner about Covid. We ended up getting a scooter for 30 less at another place in Richmond Hill. Hopefully these guys don't make it through the winter.
