I had a really great experience at this tattoo shop both the employee who helped me check in (I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name!) and the piercer, Alex, were so nice and welcoming. They were super easy to talk to and made me feel better because I was very nervous about getting my first real piercing (I had my lobes pierced before so long ago and it was a bad experience so I was especially nervous) but they made me feel super comfortable and I was impressed at how professional and knowledgeable they are about everything along with how clean and proper the procedures are since I have very little experience with the piercing world, it left a great impression on me. Overall, really awesome place and amazing people!

Best place to get pierced at ! I have 10 ear piercings now and 7 of them were done at pierced. They have a wide range of jewelry to choose from, both titanium and gold options. Everyone here is super helpful and professional. I felt very comfortable being pierced here hence why I came back :D NEW: Went back for another piercing, upper conch, done by Alex this time ! He took the time to make sure I was happy with the placement and jewelry and went in depth with aftercare. I'm obsessed with my ear !!
I've had several piercings done here and every time, it's a great experience. The people helping you choose jewellery are endlessly patient with me and my indecisiveness, and offer suggestions. I've had two different piercers and they were both really friendly, professional, and skilled. They walked me through the process, made sure I was comfortable, and made me laugh. Highly recommend this place.
I have had most of my piercing done here (helix, daith and third lobes) and all of my experiences have been very positive. The staff is very friendly and truly had their customers best interest at heart. Whenever I've had questions, they have been more than happy to help me make the best informed and educated decisions.
They have an amazing selection of great quality jewelry. Alex pierced my conch and helix about a month ago and I couldn’t be happier. I’m definitely going back to him for more piercings.
This was easily my worst ear piercing experience. They could run a masterclass on how to not run a business. It is an undeniably beautiful store, I am content with my piercings, and the piercer, Alex was was knowledgeable, experienced and kind. However, the employees were nothing short of suspicious concerning prices. No prices are posted anywhere and asking for pricing is only comparable to pulling teeth. The deposit price changed 3 times, they did not provide a price breakdown and informed me of cost when it was far too late. The astronomical cost is understandable considering the quality of the earrings, however the lack of transparency ruins the experience. It seems as though they are trying to trick their customers, which is confusing as they seem to be a legitimate business. Would never go again and will be telling my friends to avoid at all costs.
Got a lovely lobe piercing done by Sab! The staff is very friendly and I was given thorough aftercare information. They are doing great at handling a very busy schedule while keeping up with all the cleaning and physical distancing guidelines. Will definitely be back again!
Their online booking on the website doesn't work. I booked an appointment for my daughter online. When we got to the shop it turned out that our appointment didn't go through and wasn't saved in the calendar. Not only didn't they express any regret or apologized about the situation, but the lady blamed it on us saying that the instructions for booking were on the website. I went through the online booking process again right there just to make sure I hadn't missed anything the first time and again it didn't show any information on additional steps. My daughter was really looking forward to getting her ear pierced and got very upset. Terrible customer service that ruined the whole experience for us.
