My boyfriend has just purchased a 2019 Volkswagen AllTrack. From start to finish we felt so welcomed by the entire staff and had all of the information, pricing and test drives available to make a decision that best fit our wants & needs. We worked directly with Anthony and he was such an amazing person, we wouldn't want anyone else to handle our sale! (Even though I'm sure the rest of the staff are just as amazing!) He was fast and efficient but very thorough. We knew exactly what we were signing and the price breakdown of everything. When we went back a week later to pick up the car we felt so welcomed once again and got a full run through of how to exactly use every function in the car! We will 100% be back in the near future, we love it here! We also got to bring our puppy along for the whole process and he was also welcomed completely! Thank you everyone at this dealership!

Bought 2017 Ford Focus Electric few days ago. POSITIVES: I have been to quite a few dealers and dealership out of which Pfaff VW was most pleasant and welcoming. We're able to test drive the vehicle. Like most dealers no price negotiations involved. Even though we forgot about deposit Pfaff VW kept the deal. Massimo was professional and courteous during transaction. He even delivered car on request. Didn't find credit department as efficient as it should be. Were offered a car loan after I agreed to pay cash as they were not able to negotiate with bank previously apart from very good credit. NEGATIVES: 1)Safety report not sent after repeatedly requested. 2)Was told car was detailed. Even though Given to me in Fairly clean condition,seats were not cleaned (we had mentioned it when we did the deal)as stains present which I cleaned with a carpet steam cleaner at home( and they cleaned off without problem) 3) Car was supposed to be given with full charge(electric) equivalent to full tank of gas for gadoline.let do math- Massimo drove to my place with only 32km left on guage. My place about 40km from dealership. I charged car full which estimated 167km. So noway the car was charged before delivery. I don't mind it's not charged complete but don't write in your bullet points for delivery. Tell truthfully. 4) I believe Massimo tried to intimidated by telling whole seller will come next day for car. But our decision was not based on it. As it was purely on the test drive experience Overall even though there are some negative things I have mentioned, pfaff volkswagen did a good job with a pleasant and positive environment and to make us feel respected.i would recommend.givr them a try. P.S - Covid protocols followed which made us comfortable

I just picked up my 2018 VW Golf from Pfaff. Due to Chris Belear(GM mgr)Glen (pre-own mgr)Michael Hinton I am right now driving the car I liked and wanted to buy. All these wonderful people made this possible.Because of their team effort I am a very happy Pfaff customer.They made sure that everything I was not happy with was fixed and the end result is that everything is perfect. It like the saying IT IS WORTH DRIVING TO NEWMARKET PFAFF DEALERSHIP. I would like also to mention Danny who took care of all scratches I showed him and now the car looks like new. In my deal with Pfaff VW it was a win/win situation for all parties involved. Pfaff VW through their management staff as well as all other employees understood that unfortunately due to the new virus the whole car business is changing and guess what THEY ADJUSTED JUST FINE. They did not take the TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT attitude and that is the main reason why the deal was made. If there are people looking to buy VW products they should give Pfaff VW a call and they will be surprise of what this dealership has to offer. When I went to pick up the car I was shocked to see the BOW on my car and the sign in the front of the car. I bought quite a few cars in my life but none of the dealerships did what Pfaff VW did. It was a very nice thing and more likely came from my salesperson Michael Hinton. If any friends of mine would consider VW cars I would tell them to give Pfaff VW the first shot. Pfaff VW owner should be happy of having people like Chris Belear, Glen , Michael Hinton, Danny and Alison on his staff. Having good people who cares for business keeps the company going. Once again thanks to all Pfaff VW and stay safe and healthy Michael
