Before our recent vacation, we booked this service for our trip to the airport. The car was clean and comfortable and arrived on time. The driver (Maj) was very courteous and helpful. On the way, we enjoyed a pleasant and inspiring conversation, which helped put us in the mood to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. Our return trip was booked from Iceland, using the convenient online booking service. We provided our names and flight number and received a confirmation e-mail right away. Upon arrival at Pearson, there were significant delays in the disembarkation process and in collecting our luggage. We would not have been surprised to find that the driver had given up waiting for us. When we finally emerged, there was a text message assuring us that our limo would be there. We were delighted to find the same driver (Maj), patiently waiting for us. He was eager to hear all about our trip and we enjoyed an engaging conversation all the way back. We will definitely book with Newmarket Limo again. What a great way to begin and end a fabulous vacation!

I had a very good experience with them... The Taxi arrived 10min earlier... The driver was very nice, Srilankan, i forget to ask the name... the taxi was spacious and clean. Will definitely book again

Called to ask if they specifically had child seats they could provide. They asked if wanted a booster and I said no I needed a child seat. On pick up there was no child seat, I mentioned to the driver I asked for a child seat he apologized and said he would make sure there was one for return taxi. On our return there was a booster not a child seat. Drivers were very friendly however company did not provide the service they said they could.

Worst cab company ever I wouldn't recommend this company to any one . Rude and arrogant operators saying they dont need my business because he wanted to know how far I had to go . Sorry 10 km isn't enough I guess. Terrible business . Hope it doesn't last.

Extremely disappointing. Website shows nice luxury cars but was picked up (late) in a old, dirty vehicle. Will never use this company again.
