Randomly pop in to this shop for a xmas gift for a 7 yr old. Ended up getting Unstable Unicorn for myself and Exploding Kittens for the 7 yr old. Long story short, not knowing much about board games, we had Alane who helped us pick a good game quickly. Friendly and efficient he didn't waste any time and was just very pleasant to deal with. We also checked prices with the items we bought, they were about the same price as Amazon but with friendly service and easy option to exchange or refund.

Store does not do returns and doesn't even give you the decency of telling you that when selling to you. They charge about a 30 premium for buying their games in store. You will literally see a game marked up 30 on top of it's actual value posted on their own website. If you're looking to buy board games this place is a complete rip off and waste of your money.
Great customer service. Rushed in to buy a gift for my 7 year old and a plush for my 3 year old and was provided with lots of help when finding the perfect one. Highly recommend.
After I ordered an item, they cancelled my order and put the items back on sale at double the price. Awful scammers. Beware!
Staff there are soooo friendly and so knowledgeable about board games! If you want to play board games btw don’t know where to start. Ask them! The staff Leon gave me a demo and that helps me understand so much better than reading text on the back of the box! Five star! Btw they have all catan extensions. ALL of them!
