I made an appointment to test drive a car and Jesse Bruce was the salesperson I dealt with. During a pandemic I was a little concerned, But they were very well organized and had all bases covered for safety. The whole experience was amazing and I would recommend Kia of Newmarket to anyone. Great staff and a shout out to Rob Turcotte for walking me through the extended warranty and everything else I needed to know. Thank you Jesse and Rob two great people to deal with. Bought a Kia Seltos last week from Newmarket Kia after my car was written off due to being rear ended. Jesse was our salesman and was great to deal with, not your typical salesman. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, calm and laid back. Matt was also good to work with. The dealer took the pandemic seriously and we felt safe during our visit. Wasn’t crazy on the sales manager, he could work on his people and sales skills! All in all, we would buy another car at that dealership with Jesse!

Jesse and the staff at Kia of Newmarket were extremely professional. I initially did a request online for a test drive and received a prompt reply. The test drive and subsequent discussion after about the vehicle was not pushy. My questions wee answered and I proceeded with the sale. Setting up financing was quick and easy as well. I was provided all the options that were available to me and was able to make a well informed decision.
