Tucker looked lovely when I picked him up; however I was soon covered (white coat) with black hair cuttings. For the cost of the service, I expected that he would be better brushed/blown. I'm disappointed.

Very friendly staff. My puppy loves it there and is fast asleep when I bring him home. They send report cards and took Halloween pics for me. I wish I could take him everyday. Thank you from Prince

Just took my dog here to be groomed and found not one but two cuts on him. The groomer Josie only marked that his ear was matted..didn't inform the staff she made him bleed and then cut a gash under his eye and didn't note it anywhere on his card. Absolutely furious with her. The owner was nice enough and understanding to compensate. But this kind of thing should never happen I've never experienced such a bad groomer even when he's been fully matted. Don't let Josie touch your dogs.

Our dogs are always really well taken care of they come home tired but happy. The staff are always friendly and seemed to really genuinely care about the dogs. It is also very clean and an added bonus you can get your dog groomed while they are at care
