I was really happy and extremely pleased with their care for Smoke.They went above and beyond to ensure her visit was stress free for both her and I! With COVID and not being able to be inside with her they have a window where I was able to see her and talk to her which was an added bonus. Thank you so much to Dr Sheri and her staff for their care and compassion.

Very Professional staff and Sheri is amazing with the animals. We just adopted our 4th cat and had her in for her first examination. I love the way the clinic follows up a few days later to make sure all is good. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our pets.
We’ve taken our pets to Gorham Animal Hospital for many many years. Our pets have always been treated by both the vets and the rest of the team like they were their own pets, they’ve always been very friendly, compassionate, caring, kind and helpful. If we’ve ever had any questions or concerns, they’ve always answered them quickly and thoroughly and if our pets have needed a specialist they’ve never hesitated to refer them to one. We’re happy to have found them and hope to have many many more years of uneventful, routine visits with them.
Amazing animal hospital. They have amazing staff who truly care about the animals and their owners. They treat the animals with respect and try to make the experience as good as possible for them (lots of treats as rewards, trying to limit the animals fear, etc). The clinic also helps support a charity/ organization that help owners care for their animals if they are unable to afford the bills (applications required to apply for it) by raising money each year. They go above and beyond to help clients with their pets. I put my cat down early November (during covid and restrictions- not letting the clients in with pets, except for euthanasias) and because it was nice out they brought out a table for us to use so that my whole family could be present (and not just 1 or 2 inside) to say goodbye to our baby. They made clay paw prints for us at no cost, as a memory. They also sent a card in the mail with condolences. In honour of my pet passing they also made a donation in his name to OVA Guelph university to help fund research into medical advances for pets. They really do care about the pets and their owners well being. They make sure to have a rapport with everyone, and make an effort to really get to know everyone. Amazing animal hospital.
Great experience at Gorham vet office they were the only vet office to take my 16 year old cat in distress immediately. The staff and vet where very caring and went above and beyond to give me information and care for my loved pet. Would recommend highly for care and integrity’ in any stressful situation with your loved pet.
