I brought an amp to get warranty work done that was OK. Took a subwoofer to get repaired and after taking home and running for twenty four hours same problem occurred. Asked to have it properly fixed and was told your out of luck. Also not offered any refund.
Gemini TV had my Mom''s TV repaired for 'good price. Just the drive was a bit long being in Brampton for her. Overall, it is hard to find good service these days. You just need to look!
My dad brought his Marantz's amplifier (which was his father's) to be fixed by this gentleman. The gentlemen sold the record player. He did leave messages on my moms cell phone in an angry tone to pick up the record player or it would be sold. In a contract (on the wall of the house) there is a sign that states that all products left greater than 30 days will be sold. You are not made aware of this when you drop of your item. This is NOT a contract. My brother being a lawyer ,states that you must give written legal notice to sell someones property to recoup funds. The statute of limitations on this illegal act is 2 years. This happened in January 2019. Legally liable until 2021. Otherwise the service has been good in the past.
Took a receiver in for warranty service. Repair was done quickly, and the owner was quite friendly. He also gave me a few tips about device care. I will most certainly use Gemini the next time I need a repair.
