My name is Lenore Greaves and I've been a member of Function Studios since it opened. It's not only been awarded as being the Best Gym in Newmarket, but is also a caring community of women who support and enjoy working out together. During Covid, the Function Staff have been creative in making sure that their clientele have continued to have the high quality of service. The Staff continue to work diligently on ways to make sure that all of us are safe when they open and will continue to offer different options depending on the comfort level of their members. It was brought to my attention of Function studio (the store owner and manager) providing the worst customer service. They were very unprofessional, ignorant and extremely rude. I was going to join their gym, but I cannot in good conscious be a member of their gym knowing how they treat people. Yelling at and hanging up on a customer who was simply making inquiries about her account is unacceptable. They made no effort in hearing out the young lady or attempting to work with her to resolve the issue. The young lady is the most polite, humble and caring person you will ever meet. Extremely disappointing. Never ever going to this gym.
