Excellent service for my gas furnace. I've used them many times. It went on the fritz last weekend and no parts in stock. Martin brought me four heaters to tide us over! I highly recommend them.

My girlfriend contacted Bray's Fuels this morning at 9:15am and Wendy immediately got back to her and asked for pictures of my oil tank and furnace. As soon as pictures were sent to her she immediately scheduled Dave the technician who i must add is a very genuine hard working character to come out and service us with an inspection as well as an oil tank fill up which was a blessing. Upper Canada wouldn't fill our tank even after sending them the inspection papers so looking all over Google it's not that easy to find someone. Here we are my girlfriend who is pregnant and myself filling up jerry cans of diesel so we wouldn't run out of heat. Just got the run around for a month with Upper Canada, Bray's Fuels serviced and had us fixed up within hours. Very genuine people and will be using them carrying forward.
Just got central AC replaced by Bray's Fuels technicians and are very pleased with the work. All aspects of the job were completed so professionally. Techs were considerate and polite; newly run lines secured; access holes sealed; water discharge pipe secured to floor and the sump; new pad installed and levelled; left everything clean; took all garbage. I could not be any happier with their work!! Thanks guys!
Our furnace was acting up and we contacted Brays Fuels and explained the problem.Within an hour, the \service Manager\, Ken arrived and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, he did not have a replacement part with him and had to return to his shop to obtain one. Upon his return, he had the furnace working properly within a few minutes. Ken was very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. We are so thrilled that we have Brays Fuels as our supplier. Pat and Alan Budd Churchill, ON
