I am delighted to land at Apple Self Storage in Newmarket. It is closer to where I live now, so the timing was right. Their organized website made it easy for me to see what was available and put a hold on it. The next day when I called and talked to Becky, I was able to go by in person and see a unit that was perfect for size, price, and location in the facility. Soon after I met Kevin who was helpful too. I learned there is a second Kevin! Everything is going smoothly with customer service by phone and email including receipts. Much appreciated! I am very happy with my storage unit, the accessibility, and location. Thank you, Kevin and Becky!

Very convenient to have a truck rental right where you have storage, and... if they don’t have they will try and bring in one for you from other location if it is available at all. I find it very helpful. My only complaint is I didn’t get yellow truck . There was non available.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone renting a moving truck. Great staff were friendly and easy to deal with. Seamless experience in reserving, picking up, and returning vehicle. A little more expensive than U-Haul but much better service and much better truck.
I dealt with Kevin from the onset. Personable, knowledgable and friendly. He made the best recommendation for my needs. The agreement was articulated clear and concisely and the price was fair. Apple Self Storage is safe, clean & easy to access any time or day. There was always push carts available. Lastly he provided me with a contact person in Collingwood where I will use there services again. I highly recommend Apple Storage.
The customer representative at the counter was completely professional and helpful. She was courteous and her knowledge of the facilities and about the rules and regulations was very helpful. I was frantic being I am movi g in 2 days, but Rbecca helped me and made me at ease. Recommend this place
