I visited earlier this summer as my car was simply too poorly to get to my usual mechanic - and was very pleasantly surprised by this team! Maurice was very friendly and professional. He was also very considerate of my finances as I’d been laid off for months due to the pandemic, which meant more than I can say. He got my tires sorted and the A/C converter diagnosed and the situation was managed - and I was very grateful indeed to have found them! Thank you! Recommend!

The Active Green and Ross, Newmarket location, was fantastic to work with and took care of business. I required a new set of rims and winter tires, these guys sources out a very specific size rim and paired the profile of the tire to exact match the original size requirements. Turn around time was fast, great quality and good value. I highly recommend this team. Bill

Very poor service. Last season I made an appointment to have my tires switched out. I was called later in the afternoon saying my car was ready, only to arrive and be told that it was not. Despite having an appointment, the job took two days to complete. Less than 50km later, noticed tire was wobbling and a bolt was loose. Tightened it myself. Recently had my tires switched again by another vendor and there were two missing bolts. I try to support local businesses but appreciate professionalism in return.
Great customer service! Helped pick a great new winter tire for a great price. Emailing of invoices is helpful. They are innovative with texting when ready. Very happy! Will definitely continue to go each year!
