After having a bad experience at another jewelry store, my fiancé and I came here for an engagement ring. Everyone in the store was very friendly and knowledgeable. They made choosing a ring for us very easy. We had a custom made ring, ready in three weeks. The ring is beautiful and we could not be more happy! I will be recommending this to anyone looking for any type of jewelry. Very deserving of their 5 star rating

I recently had a very unusual request for a jewelry store. I had asked several other stores and I was not even led to believe this could be done the way I wanted it done. I wanted a ring made with enough gold that I could use it to get an airline ticket out of some of the locations I dive at. I had a friend that had his room BNE (Break and Enter) while he was diving and he had a real issue getting enough money together to get back home. I thought almost all airports have gold dealers which could give enough for a weighed ring to purchase a ticket home. When I approached Gold Reflections about this they were extremely responsive and not only came up with a great solution but in doing so designed a great ring in the process. I have had many offers to purchase the ring on dive trips over the past year or so but I will not give up the ring. I loved the design and the price was also well within the budget. Loved the work best store in Durham THANKS FOR THE GREAT WORK!!!
This is a great store to shop. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I recently needed repairs to a bracelet and a ring. I was always consulted about what they were proposing and what the costs would be. The repairs were done really quickly (less than a week). The best is the fact that they do their own repairs and don’t send the jewelry to another location. It was a really great experience dealing with the owners and I will certainly be shopping here again and supporting local businesses.

I supplied the centre gemstone, and explained to Marilyn what I was hoping to create. She immediately pulled several rings from the showcase which were exactly in keeping with what I had in mind. She reassured me that even during the height of a pandemic, they would do their best to make my dream a reality. They were in touch with me several times throughout the process, from design, to approval, and finally to pick the ring up in person. It is stunning, sparkly, and came in under budget without lacking in beauty. I highly recommend Gold Reflections to anyone looking for a reliable, small town, jeweller with a personal touch!
I brought my wedding ring in to have a stone replaced, and couldn't be happier with the service I recieved and the work done. Brought my wedding ring set in to be re-plated and cleaned. Couldn't be happier with how the set looks now. Can't believe the difference re-plating and cleaning can make. Was also very pleased with the price. Was 10 cheaper for each ring compared to other jewellers. Will be a repeat customer for sure. They custom made me 2 BEAUTIFUL Mother Daughter generation rings to celebrate my daughter becoming a mom for the 1st time!
