I am blessed to be part of this union. Buddy will go to bat for you as you work with the union for a better work place. Be honest & hardworking & don't worry or be intimidated by having to use the union. Keep pictures of your schedule & pics of any changes as well as the approving managers initials. Keep notes & a notepad nearby with dates , names , incidents you may be a part of or witness. Stay positive

My friend has a problem in her work, from scheduling, to rotation and to favouritism. She tried everything to talk with first department manager then the manager then the unions. The only thing the union said “ It’s what manager think who is was best in that shifts. So my friend got disappointed, and she’s more seniority to them and got the most crapy schedules not to mention no FAIR rotations. I hope this union DO better. What’s the point of paying them union dues.
