I've been to see Dr. Jhamb twice now, and both times have been excellent! She is extremely thorough and very personable, so when I leave I feel confident that I have a good understanding of where my eye health is at and next steps. They also have a good selection of frames and regular promotions on a variety of services. The experience is quick and staff are friendly. Definitely recommend this spot!

I had my first eye exam with Dr. Karen Chan and it was such a pleasant experience! She was very thorough and had a calm and caring presence. Allie also helped me pick out a great style of eyewear. She tried various styles on me and just knew which ones to pick - this girl knows what she's doing for sure!
Had my first ever eye exam at The EyeSite and had a great experience. I was attended to as soon as I arrived for my appointment and the staff were extremely nice and welcoming. I saw Dr. Jhamb and she was very friendly and made me feel comfortable during my eye exam. She and the other staff also helped me a lot in picking out which frames would best suit me and I appreciated that so much considering it was my first pair of glasses and I didn't know what looked good on me. I left my appointment excited and satisfied with the service I received, and I thought I wouldn't be able to rock my new glasses till next week, but they were ready the next day! I 100% recommend The EyeSite. If you are thinking about making an appointment, do it!
Very warm staff and extremely knowledgeable. I got my new glasses and contacts with no hassle. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to check it out. I initially didn’t give 5 stars only because I felt they were a bit too salesy in my last visit when I needed to buy my contacts. I had never gotten my own pairs of glasses or contacts before so when they started talking numbers it felt like a random commitment out of nowhere when our meetings were going so great. I feel like they should improve on how they approach customers spending large sums of money by showing these numbers earlier on (this is what I would personally prefer so I can actually shop and compare). I do have coverage at my work but it still left a sour taste in my month. Otherwise I felt confident in what they were doing were correct for my eyes. Thinking it over and comparing to the terrible experiences I've had with health services before I've decided to score a full 5 stars. Can't wait for my next visit!
Great service, easy to book in, reminder phone call before my appointment. Friendly and informative staff explaining each step of the exam. My partner and I were taken for the exam at the same time, which for me meant I could see what is coming next. The exam was very thorough and the results were presented in easy way for me to understand. The doctor was open to discuss our other questions related to optical surgery, etc.
