She took the time to get to know me and my style, and she was so patient, knowledgeable, and fun! Melody ended up finding the dress of my dreams. The whole experience was fantastic. I went there a few weeks ago and had Stacie as my Senior Bridal Consultant. She was so helpful, professional, and understanding. She was very patient with me as I didn't 100% know what I wanted in a dress yet. She made me feel really special and attended to. I didn't end up getting a dress from here but she helped me find out what I wanted and I really wanted to leave a review because it was great customer service. I’m getting married a year and a half from now and I like planning ahead and booked a dress fitting with the lovely AJ that assisted me. I didn’t have any idea what kind of dress I want and I just told her what I didn’t want in a dress. We’ve tried a bunch of different pieces to get a feel for what I have an affinity for and frankly I wasn’t expecting to find my dress this soon but I did!!! I’m in love with my dress and I know despite buying it so far in advance I will not change my mind. Thank you for your patience! I feel very well taken care of from the moment I booked and to ordering my dress. The entire staff was lovely and bubbly! Nice to see some positivity during these times.

I worked with Melody. She has tons of experience and even makes and designs dresses herself, as well as working at the Bridal Gallery. She was really great at fitting the dresses to you, pushing you to try things, but also being really respectful of your preferences. She even went over my appointment time to make sure I was happy with my visit and picking my dress. She really helped me narrow down what I wanted and explore great options. Would 10/10 recommend her.
