My first experience at a Sherwin-Williams (or paint store) in general. Selection was good, staff was very friendly and helped me with everything I needed, including bringing things to my vehicle. The return process for things I needed exchanging was seamless and surprising. Highly recommended. Now we'll see if 360 worth of paint will hold up to vancouver weather!

Went to SW to try out one of their gray paints - I think you get what you pay for - not disappointed. The staff are very courteous and friendly; did not feel belittled as in a big box store. Will keep coming back.

Stay Away, Pathetic service and an even more pathetic store manager. I selected one of their own colour chips for an interior latex and the paint was horrible. The manager's only solution was to TRY mixing another gallon I would pay for!!!!. Last Time near this place. By the way, Benjamin-Moore matched the colour and the paint was perfect,
