I got extremely rude service. was hoping to inquire about this venue as it looks very beautiful and perfect for the event I am planning. I rang the number at about 8pm, but the phone did not ring and I thought it may have been my own phones connection, I tried two more times but from my understanding the phone call did not go through because it did not ring even once so I just thought the phone number itself was disconnected or busy. On google there are no business hours posted at all and from my experience venues like this are usually open until 9-10pm. I called many many other places between 8-9 pm and spoke to other venues about my inquiries but I still was interested in this one, so I thought I would try once more to call and see if the phone line was available or if I could leave a message; again, it did not ring. At 9:30 I received a phone call from an unknown number saying “why do I have 4 missed calls from you?!” I was confused because I didn’t recognize the number. Then I thought it might be a venue phoning me back about a voicemail, and I politely asked if this is regarding a venue- the man over the phone raised his voice at me and said something along the lines of- DO YOU NOT REALIZE THE TIME. CALL BACK DURING BUSINESS HOURS - the way he spoke to me actually scared me where I couldn’t been explain myself. Need I remind you that there is no way for me to know the business hours because it is not posted on google OR on their website. The contact us page on the website says “ Contact our friendly staff today and inquire about your special event” but that is not the experience I had at all. I will defiantly not be booking my event here and I will let my friends and family know my experience before they look at venues for future events.

This is the perfect spot for weddings, picnics, walks and photo shoots, the Ravine is just over the bridge - a great place for a walk or hike with you family, friends and pets (New Westminster's hide-a-way)

Had my wedding here and it was great. The gardens are gorgeous and having a bridal suite on site was amazing. Jess was a delight to work with and very helpful. Disappointed that they painted the building a few weeks before my wedding as I booked the venue because I loved the brick historic look and the new paint is less than attractive to me. Changed where we took some photos. The inside was great though
