My wife and I were thrilled with the quality and service from Bonnie and Peter. They made us feel welcomed in their home and went through the whole process of choosing framing, glass and matt for 6 pieces of art that met our expectations and beyond. While not cheap, the quality of the work supported the price. Highly recommended and we would not hesitate to go to Bonnie and Peter again in the future.

They are amazing. I took them two pictures that I needed framed. The prices were decent, and the work is amazing. They took two pictures and made them pieces of art. I will definitely be taking all my framing needs to them
We have used the Frame Shop many times and will continue to bring all our framing projects to Peter and Bonnie. Today I picked up two lithographs they had framed for us and the results are stunning. Following their advice on frame material, matte colour and size, and which glass to use resulted in the artwork being beautifully presented. It is a pleasure to trust your art to experts.
I travelled from Mission just to have Peter and Bonnie frame a wonderful Metis print for my fabulous Metis friend. They took the time to ensure that we found the best frame and mat for the picture, and explained alternatives regarding prices. When it was ready and I picked it up, I was extremely happy with how it looked. I gave it to my friend and she was thrilled with the perfect choice of mat and frame that enhanced the print beautifully. We both highly recommend The Frame Shop!

I found these folks on the web and am I ever glad I did. I had two documents I wanted framed and Peter and Bonnie took the time to make sure the frame, matting, and glass were all perfect. I also had a water colour painting that had slipped within its frame (not framed by them) and brought it with when I came to pick up the two they framed for me. The service was amazing, they removed and repaired the water colour and wrapped up all three in heavy kraft paper for transport. No charge for the repair and very fair prices for the framing work. I later noticed that I had omitted to sign one of the documents that required my signature and so returned. I was warmly greeted and within minutes the document was out. I signed it and watched as they put it back into the frame with such care to detail and ensuring not a speck of dust was under the glass. Again with the heavy kraft paper and again no charge. The really went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. In years to come I may forget what we chatted about but I'll always remember how they made me feel. Thanks Peter. Thanks Bonnie.
