Both my husband and I have been going to New West Wellness for RMT for quite a while. We are both very happy with the staff and services provided. I've been treated by Simon about half a dozen times now and have recommended his services to multiple friends. He is very thorough and communicates well. My husband usually books with Elissa and he has nothing but good things to say as well! I've had appointments with a few other staff there in the past while finding the best fit, and they have all also been great.

I can't say enough about how amazing Dr. Jaspreet Kalsi is. I have seen her twice already for the chiropractor service. She was very caring, listening to the issues with patience and addressed those pain points with accuracy. She also went over and above to give me some tips to practice on my own in between appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Karsi.
This place has a wonderful, peaceful environment and extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Very clean, well maintained, and the massage therapists are very knowledgeable and accommodating. Once you enter the space, all you’ll feel is calm and peace from the warm colours and decor. They are able to submit directly to your insurance provider, and their online booking system is intuitive and easy to use. There is also plenty of free parking around the area. Kevin has been a tremendous help with overcoming a nagging sports injury, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for massage therapy. Highly recommended!
I highly recommend this place! I've been receiving acupuncture and massage therapy treatments here they have been helpful in dealing with my issues. Harry, who does acupuncture, and Simon and Nicholas who are the RMTs I go to pin point exact spots that I have been having issues with and not only listens to the problems but also gives great recommendations to sustain the treatment. Thank you!
I went for my first rmt today at new west wellness with Simon and he was great. The massage was very good. He was also very helpful with explaining different stretches to help my pain. The staff was all very friendly. Very nice place. Will be back for sure!
