My son dropped his laptop off last week. He was told same day. Then next day. Then next week. Then today he waits there and is told one more hour. So he goes home, hours go by and he hears nothing. So he goes back again. Store is all closed up an hour early. My son attends Douglas and it's all online. He needs his computer. At least be honest. We are still waiting.

I purchased a LG Stylo from New West Laptop and I was told it was an unlocked phone that would work on any carrier but to my surprise when I inserted the simple card from Chatr to my surprise I was told that the phone was not unlocked it was locked, so I will be going back to the store in the morning to have them make it right, I'm not the type of person that gets upset im more the kind of person who just gets what I was told I was getting and that's all I want is what I was told by the sales guy this is what I m offering and that's what I want nothing more and nothing less just what you told me I was buying, which was a Lg phone that was unlocked
