Just wanted to thank the folks at New Wave for their excellent customer service. I thought I had allowed enough time to get my product before Christmas, but I didn't take into account (enough) the sheer amount of online ordering due to COVID, and the fact that we are on opposite ends of the country. But they were very nice and patient with me even though I called every other day leading up to Christmas and I'm sure they were very stressed as well. And while my order was late, I was very impressed with how they remedied the situation. They upgraded my product and threw in a few extra little goodies, flavoured papers and such. They didn't have to do this, but they did and it was a lovely gesture. So five stars it is, and well deserved, I will not hesitate to order from them again or suggest them to others. Thanks again!

The place is very clean, organized, have a vast and varied selection of products. Besides that , friendly and great costumer service. Precautions with Covid are taken seriously at this place!
this is actually the best smoke shop I have ever been to. You can get whatever you need here if you are a guy who has no idea what is the best way to smoke. And the price is always better than any other place I saw!
