I have used Window Medics twice, once in 2018 for defogging and just recently for glass replacement for two windows. Both times Nasir and his team at Window Medics delivered a quality product and service in a professional manner. The defogging process did exactly what it was supposed to, clearing my large living room window of all the moisture that had built up between the two panes of glass. This time, the new custom glass that was installed fit perfectly and looks terrific. There was a bit of a delay between ordering and installation, but this is understandable given the current environment. Once a firm install date and time was agreed upon, the work was completed and we are quite happy.

Be warned! This company will come out and repair a window. No problem. If their fix doesn’t work, they ignore you. The offer a warranty that they give you in writing but they will not honour it. Even the BBB can’t get them to respond. I do not recommend this business. Save yourself the money and buy a new window from a reputable business. UPDATE: My Google review got the company to respond, but they won't help me unless I take this post down. Because I said I would only modify it, they refuse to help.
My husband and I are very happy and pleased with the glass replacement in 9 of our windows recently done on September 4th. The service we received was excellent starting with our initial contact and meeting with Elijah who quoted us a very good price. I did have to wait longer than I had thought for my replacement glass, but the service (done by Nasir) when it was completed was first-rate in every respect. Good, clean job, courteously and proficiently done, and I'm very happy with it in all technical aspects. Like others I was disconcerted that there was a long \lag\ between my order and completion of the job, but I gather that Covid -- as seems to be very commonplace amongst the many contractors I have dealt with this summer -- has made labour in short supply. So many installers / construction workers are just not coming in to work. Some of the same challenges are being met by glass manufacturers / cutters -- and again I have had direct experience of this for work I've had done on buildings in both Ottawa and at a place in the US. But when Nasir indicated our glass was received and committed to a date / time for installation, he was there exactly as promised and did a professional job.
Brilliant customer service from start to finish! Very responsive and professional. A real example of how it should be done. Both Elijah and Nasir we're very helpful and attentive.
