I am so happy with the service I received from Brad in the Service Department. He is always so helpful and knowledgeable. I usually drop my car off very early and Brad has everything organized and ready. I am always accommodated with a loaner which I appreciate very much. But of most importance is my most recent visit. I have been having some recurring issues with my tires and excessive noise. Brad went above and beyond in seeking out solutions and options for me and provided a reasonable option that worked and was cost effective for me , all which has ensured that I continue to enjoy my beautiful (and fast ) Lexus. PS. He also helped me sync my new phone to my car (Bonus!!!!) Thank you so much Brad and Tony Graham Lexus for the amazing service.
I have always received friendly and great service from the front desk, service coordinators and Service Manager. Their technicians are knowledgeable, all service work and repairs on my ES350 have been completed with utmost service. Safe processes in place for clients during the pandemic. I am new to Lexus and I am very happy with my experience! Earlier this month I had a service appointment and winter tire package installation. Due to a miscommunication (which I’m positive was my fault) we discovered that my appointment did not include the tire installation. The service centre was extremely quick to rectify the situation - located the necessary items and parts and installed package within hours even though they had zero notice. I was just thrilled.
The experience of buying my first Lexus has been outstanding on many levels at Tony Graham Lexus. My experience started with sales associate Thanh Trinh who is extremely professional, understanding and patient. With his recommendation I decided on the RX 350 was which was coming in on a trade. The rest of the experience was also understanding involving sales consulting Yan Na and financial service officer Shirley Cheung. I found everyone so friendly and extremely helpful to any of my inquiries and needs. After driving the car for one day I noticed a slight pulsation in the brakes. The next day the service department without question fix the problem completely to my satisfaction, what a pleasant experience compared to past experiences with other service departments. I will be sharing my experience with friends and family and would totally recommend Tony Graham Lexus family for your needs.
