I am a pregnant woman who did not want to use hand sanitizer due to the carcinogens and chemicals that could affect my baby and we were refused entry to the store. Rude and tyrannical. Went to the neighboring salvation army instead where we were treated with kindness and found great clothes and deals

It's like shopping at Winners. Except the prices are better. And the merchandise is beautifully organized and tastefully staged. And the staff is exceptionally well-mannered. And the customers aren't rude and messy. Actually it's nothing like shopping at Winners. I love it here.

The store looks amazing since the reorganization! So much more room to move. You can see everything from all angles. The staff did a great job! Kudos. They are always so nice and helpful too! My favourite shop in Ottawa. Good quality. Gteat deals.
