I requested a replacement bake element for my oven after the old one exploded and Regional Parts was able to order it in for the next day even during a snowstorm. When we attempted to change the piece, we accidentally broke the tiny connector and I was able to pick that up today. Kim replied to my requests for information both times within 5 minutes of submitting it. The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I gladly drive from east Ottawa to Hunt Club for all the replacement parts I'll need.

Greath Service to Repair your appliances...however the repair man drove is vehicule in our driveway and hit our car. At first he denied it, then insulted us, and finally was trying to leave the scene without doing our appliance repair. Manager on the phone promise to that they would pay for the car repair and now no call back no follow up. We had to call our insurance and file a claim due to their ignorance, we also had to file a police report because the employee did not ID himself and did not gave us is insurance coverage info. Lots of trouble and wasted time...
Called and dealt with Kim over the phone. She helped me figure out the part I needed for my dryer and put it aside for me to come pick up. Excellent customer service. She was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks again Kim! You were amazing. :-)
An electrician friend was helping me with a stove repair and recommended this company for parts. I met Kim and when I described the problem she immediately volunteered to help troubleshoot me through it. She spent a lot of time and was spot on. I really believe that her expertise saved me hundreds of dollars. On top of that she is just such a nice person. I am so glad to know of this business now.
My microwave door wouldn't latch anymore and I was afraid I wouldn't find someone who could repair it. Regional disassembled the microwave, lubricated the parts, and it was working as good as new again. Fair price and excellent service.
