Stupendous from purchase to install to after service!! I can't say enough about this company. Our sales guy Chris Naish was very knowledgeable and answered our million questions and our back and forth while we were deciding. He connected us with a subcontractor to do the pad and that was seamless as well. We purchased in Sept and due to COVID there were a few delays and they always communicated to us by email before we every had to reach out and inquire. The install crew were amazing, very friendly and did a great job. We are now about 3 weeks in and per their instructions we are bringing in a weekly water sample for testing and then the give us instructions on what to do. The fellow and Sarah have been fantastic too. They teach you as you go! I can't say enough about this outfit. They clearly understand the value of good customer service and their spas are amazing, I'm not really a fan generally speaking, this was a purchase more for my husband but I am loving it. The jets are strong enough that you actually get a massage while you are in it!

We purchased a new hot tub this year. Although covid-19 slowed things down considerably (and understandably), everything went very smoothly! Got everything we bought, delivery went perfectly, recommended electrician was awesome and gear provided all worked. Communication was great too. Very happy with our purchase all around! Good job and keep it up!
Absolutely a great experience dealing with Purewater! I stopped by their Bells Corners store to have a look at our options for a Plug and Play Hot Tub. The sales staff took the time to ask me the right questions to ensure I was getting the right hot tub for us. We ended up buying one and were able to pick it up from the warehouse within days. I popped into the store again today to pick up the right chemicals and again the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend Purewater!
despite Covid restrictions Purewater delivered and installed our new pool table. They ensured a top quality product and were very attentive to my questions or concerns. Installers were professional and focused on quality. We love our table!
I have changed my rating after the Service Manager finally replied to my second email request. Slow to respond but gave my dad an in store credit for the error. Terrible company. My elderly father who is not mobile requested to have his pool opened. The 2 people came at 7pm, rushed the job, lied about the new winter cover having a hole to cover their mistake at lowering the water level below the skimmer. Even told him that they made a mistake. Lied about the water on the cover being too dirty to recycle despite it being clean (which my father has done for over 30 years). My 84 year old dad had to spend over 100 to fill the pool. Since they didn't do everything listed on the quote, they should have offered some sort of discount. (He spent 430 for 2 hours of rushed work. They didn't even start the pump due to their error.) Zero customer service help despite calls and email. Shame on them for taking advantage of an elderly person. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
Great place. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and don't try to up sell - they just help you and sell you what you need.
Make sure you read the fine print! I was charged a 67.79 trip fee for the first warranty call I made on my hot tub that was purchased this Summer. I was told on the phone that this was in the fine print of my agreement. Also, I will be charged for every subsequent visit too.
Great place for pool supplies. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
