Trying to cancel an appointment, their phone was not answered, the voice-mail is full, and the email i sent to cancel my appointment was undeliverable. Does this business even exist? They had stated that if an appointment was not canceled there will be a 200 bucks charge. Common guys fix your issues and cancel my appointment for March 30th PLEASE STOP SENDING ME EMAIL REMINDERS ABOUT MY PENDING APPOINTMENT...I ALREADY SPOKE TO ONE OF YOUR DOCTORS WHO CALLED FOR A PHONE APPOINTMENT. HE TOLD ME HE WILL CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT. MORE SO BECAUSE I HAD A HEART SURGERY 2 YEARS AGO AND IT WAS NOT ADVISABLE TO HAVE THE TEST AT YOUR CLINIC... Nurses Judith and Trisha were fantastic. Warm, personable, and highly knowledgeable. Dr Barron was gentle and very supportive. All Covid protocols were well maintained. Definitely recommend this clinic.
Fantastic experience, very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. My referral only took about a week from the time I spoke to my GP to the actual date of the procedure. Overall a great place to get this nasty business done.
First colonoscpy and was very nervous. Was surprised to see how much the treatment area resembled a hospital ward. Very clean and comfortable. Nurses were great and IV was done with minimal pain (I'd rather fight a bear than get a needle) and quickly. Dr. Bigelow performed that procedure and was very friendly and efficient. I won't be fearing my next bum scope.
My Gastroscopy procedure was very smooth, staff and Dr. Bigelow were very nice and friendly making sure I was at ease. I fell asleep and woke up after procedure was finished. Clinic was very clean, I would recommend the clinic, my experience was really good. Thank you.
