Booked an appointment, car was taken in right away upon arrival, the service advisor told me that it would be done within the hour. Without a doubt car was done in half and hour, car was washed and the advisor explained every detail of the invoice prior asking for payment. Highly recommend their services. They are respectful, no service delay and no unexpected fees.

Absolute worst dealer to waste your time. We’d had many phone conversations about selling elderly mothers 2015 LEAF SV that happened to be in Montreal at the time. They said the range they’d give was 11k to 13500. At the same time they were selling an exact same model, year, and mileage for 16ktax. We made the long trip to bring it from Montreal to this dealer, and they knew that. After the huge trip in this city electric car (4hrs), they offered rock bottom at 11k when I’d even sent photos of it by email. We countered with 12k and they wouldn’t even go for 11500. Ended up driving it 4hrs back to Montreal at 1AM on a weekday. Waste. Of. Time. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They wasted our time and money, Myers Nissan owes us 80 in food, electricity, and gas. We listed it for a bit longer and were able to sell privately for 13k.
Jamie and his team a great job with my mom's SUV who recently had her catalytic converter stolen. They dealt with the insurance company and made sure the car was perfectly fine. We were all very happy with the process.
Leased a 2021 Nissan Rogue and had a terrific experience. Did not feel that usual sense of aggressive sales tactics that you usually expect from a car salesperson. I would recommend Josh Harding to anyone, he was so pleasant and easy to work with!
I found that both Michael Faust, the Sales Consultant and Mike Parker, the Sales Manager were very helpful. Neither put any pressure on me and seemed ready to go out of their way to make sure I got the car I wanted with any of the extras I asked for. I would happily recommend Myers Ottawa Nissan as a dealership to any of my friends! I have two magnets on the back and just have to get the rest of my new bumper stickers on it to REALLY make it mine.
