How disappointing! The receptionist I was speaking to was extremely rude and condescending. It's unfortunate that this is the image this clinic is providing to it's patients. What an embarrassment to those physicians! I became upset when the receptionist told me that I have to pay a o show\ fee because of an appointment we supposedly missed back in 2012. I don't recall even going there.... She indicated that she spoke to the doctor and the doctor refused to wave the charges since it's their policy. She said that I was lucky they weren't charging me 100- today's going rate. I told her that even bankruptcies are waived after that time and how it was unfortunate they couldn't make an effort to waive it. Had it been a year ago or even 2 for that matter, I would have had no issue paying it since I would most likely have had some recollection of this supposed appointment. She indicated that they do not have a supervisor at the clinic, therefore I couldn't complain- that only the front line staff and the physicians work there. Don't expect to speak with a physician or even dare for a call back from one either because they ever do that\. I guess this is an easy way to keep your job- no complains perfect employee. Hopefully others get better luck than I did.
