A great little trail! It's beautiful to walk through and well maintained. The path has been packed down nicely every time I've gone and I've been back many times. I would recommend it for winter hikes and snowshoeing. I believe you can cross country ski there, but I'm not 100%. There is ample parking in the lot and on the side of the road, but be aware there is a no dog policy on this trail.

Such a lovely forest! Well-traveled trails. Sweet chickadees that eat sunflower seeds out of your hand. We took our snowshoes and meandered between the paths. Great outing.

The paths are wide enough for two , who can walk distanced. There seems to be enough paths to choose from a d several you walk on solid wAlkways across the marsh. Beautiful children have brought their little bird houses and died feeders, and the colour brightens the darkest of days. Sometimes the lot is full but the side of the road has ample space to park Safely. Even though I saw a lot of cars we seem to have been spaced out well, only meeting a few along the way. There is the outhouse at the entrance for those who need it!

A nice quiet walk when you go on off-peak hours. The boardwalk is great on the summer, but still mostly accessible in the winter.

We went to get a great experience of nature for our kids, and ended up having one for ourselves! The trail is endless, and the signs along the pathways help you get a picture of how much of the trail you’d like to cover. The birdfeeding is a unique memory on its own, the birdies are so friendly and they come chirping if you have some seeds in your hand! Great in fall, awesome for photographing, mountain biking, hiking and so on. Stroller friendly
