I bought my car during the lockdown and my self isolation period and I was very pleased with my experience! I was able to do everything over the phone, and Lisa Sleiman went above and beyond for me. She went out of her way to come pick up documents for my old car that I was trading in and even dropped off the new new car and drove my trade in back to the dealership. I signed the papers in my garage! Everyone I dealt with were easy to contact and quick to get back to me. I am very impressed by how well the team has adapted to the pandemic and still manages to maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend, I love my new car! Could not be happier :)

Hello there, Drove home my Nissan Micra yesterday. I loved my experience at Hunt Club Nissan. Juliano was very helpful, felt like he was there for me in my purchase . I didn't want the most expensive car in the lot but he gave me the same service that he would for somebody buying a brand new car. I appreciated that. Professional and honest are the words that come to mind, even spoke a bit of French for us Frenchie's Sergio in finance was very helpful gave us some financial advise really worked to get us the best deal possible with the banks 10 out of 10

The team helped me pick out an awesome new car for myself they were very helpful and moved quickly to help me get me what I needed. From start to finish the process was very supportive I was helped by Sara in sales and Sergio in finance. they were great at not being pushy, and addressing all questions and concerns. However, the automated CRM that is forced on the employees was very aggressive and pretty annoying. I unsubscribed and the emails stopped, but I'm pretty sure that those emails are also a feedback loop for the dealership, and unsubscribing hurts the reps who are dealing with you. Very unfortunate because I want to be able to show my support for the people that helped me get what I wanted.

Took My 2019 Rogue into the service for what i thought might be an oil leak warranty issue. Turns out it was a leaking oil filter that needed a 1/4 turn to tighten it because Mr Lube failed to have it tightned properly. The dealership charged me 166 to tighten the filter 1/4 turn!
