Really great service during an uneasy time in life, they are caring and compassionate people! Got to share some great moments of our pets with a staff member Desiree since a little bit \kind of\ small difference was made between 1 of the 2 lasting paw prints! On that note, getting a replacement order within 1 hour of the initial phone call that was made on a Friday evening outside of working hours which was followed up on Monday, unbelievable quick service, felt at ease with great compassionate person that's very well specialized in the field (they have pets too) that went above and beyond to rectify the issue!!! I'm really grateful that my cool precious little rabbit buddy was well taken care of during Gateway Pet Memorial services, also have the urn which is more than perfect, thank you!!!

After a sad loss and some confusion, Gatway Pet Memorial (Desiree in particular) was absolutely amazing! They genuinely care about your pet and do everything they can do make it the best experience for you. This is the second pet I have used their services for. Would recommend highly! It is pricey but you get amazing customer service and a beautiful product.
My family and I are very disappointed with this company. Most of the urns we chose were out of stock. They're very slow. I used another company for a different pet during lockdown last year and they were so much more organized than this place. Gateway Pet Memorial made a very traumatic and sad time even worse. Our pet passed weeks ago and they didn't cremate her until a few days ago.
Gateway Pet Memorial has been incredibly compassionate, kind, sensitive and extremely supportive during this difficult time.
