I’ve been a loyal Danier customer for many years, we have a wide variety of products. All our products have been top quality. I purchased a handbag since the company changed over, the hook for the strap broke, I was very surprised. My other bags were worn for years with no issues. The customer service was terrible! All I wanted was the hook replaced/repaired? It was a flat out no to any solution I proposed.. I found the hook at eBay for an astonishing 1.60 usd! They were not even willing to send me this hook? I will have it repaired by a cobbler I guess? I am beyond disappointed in Danier, they lost a long time customer. The products are not what they used to be! I guess the new company uses poor quality materials...too bad. Find another leather store for your purchases.

Been waiting for the day that Danier would come back to Ottawa. Danier Leather has been a staple for our family when we purchase leather jackets. Their jackets have the best quality and style along with comfort. Can’t wait to add to my collection. Service was fantastic. Unsure what the sales persons name was but she was very informative as to the background of what materials are being used and made this experience a good one.
