We just got out blinds installed. We love the blinds. The design consultant Phalla was patient, answered all our questions, and was available at all times of the day. The installer Robbie was amazing. He was efficient, friendly, and went above and beyond. He did a great job with the installation and went above and beyond by removing all the existing drapes and recommending how to position the blinds. He clearly is passionate about his job and an asset to blinds to go! What a great team. You rock!

The best experience was our installation guy « James ». He has been very efficient and polite and always punctual. Due to an error in the material, James had to come to our place three times (1st install, then remove and take back, and then came back to reinstall). I hope he will be informed (although we did mention it to him) of these great comments for him. Thank you James for your excellent service.
They are wonderful. Andrew listen to what we wanted, made suggestions along my needs and I got the perfect set of blinds for my kitchen; and at a great price (well within my budget). The blinds were an absolute perfect fit! We purchased the blinds on the Saturday we went in and they were ready for pick up 3 days later (Tuesday).
Wow, what a nice experience. The Consultant that I dealt with, Afnan, was a delight, even though she extorted a carrot cake promise from me. It will be my pleasure to supply the cake when I pick up my order. When I explained what I was looking for, she was very professional in her response and explained the problems that I might have with what I wanted in my situation and suggested an alternative that made more sense and was about the same cost. Terrific lady to deal with. Very smart.
