Was appointed to get a haircut at 4. Waited another 15 mins, only to be told to go home after waiting because the person giving the haircut doesnt like the pressure near closing hours... like what type of excuse is that....

The receptionist was rude , unprofessional, & tried to lay a guilt trip on Me because I missed an appointment because I forgot to get off the bus. I explained to the receptionist, she refused to believe Me.

Chatters told my 15 yr old daughter that they would do a free consultation for her and her friend to see if highlights would work in their hair, which had been henna'd a year ago. When the girls arrived for their scheduled appointment the next day, (they walked 1/2 hour to get there) Chatters staff said the appointment was cancelled because they had to speak to their manager about doing a free consultation? They also said they would call my daughter back about re-scheduling the appointment but never did. The highlights were going to be paid for by me as part of a birthday gift to my daughter. Her friend was using some of her savings to pay for her highlights and the girls had been really excited to get this done before school started. This Chatters experience left them feeling confused and sad. Really disappointed with this very strange behavior. I give them an F for FAIL. PS. No option for zero stars or that's what I'd give.
