Fingerprints were not adequately recorded by this agency. I now have to find an alternative service to record them correctly.
Their attitude is good, however their fingerprinting service is not so professional. I did FBI fingerprint twice with them and neither was accepted by the FBI. The FBI officer said the fingerprint wasn't complete. It was not because I used too much sanitizer. I ended up finding a digital fingerprinting service in Toronto and it worked (and cheaper). So even though this place did the second set of fingerprints for free because the first didn't work, it still wasted my time and money, twice. (considering the FBI request fee, shipping fee and time )
The building was easy to find, security at the front desk was friendly. Staff was friendly and walked me through the process of an 80800 I needed to be approved for a job. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Everyone was wearing masks, social distancing and using sanitizer.
The team at national pardon center were great and made my Pardon process simple. They did all the work! they were always polite and helpful whenever I called. I don't have to worry about my record anymore. Great job, thank you for your help.
